Mechanics of the program
1.Send out email with link to sales page.
2.Buyer sees ad copy and free bonuses.
3.Buyer fills out order form with credit card info and referral information
4.Buyer gets sent to bonus page for access to all of their bonus material
5.We collect the orders and hold them until push date
6.On push date we submit the orders to bn.com one by one
