I ran the bonus program manually for "my" book and it was a huge headache.  I had to go to each of the authors and ask them for their bonus product, a picture, a bio and then put it all together on the sales page - good thing I knew HTML.  I had to contact many of the authors over and over again because their bonus ‘needed help’, the picture was blurry, or the bio was incomplete.
